Account manager Benelux – Make the Benelux your playground!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Sales Representative at VAM, you will have the opportunity to sell the entire product line of
VAM, both nationally and internationally, primarily in your specific area. Your mission is to increase our
market share by actively identifying new opportunities and building relationships with customers
worldwide.

Place in the Organization:

As a dynamic member of our sales team, you will work under the leadership of the Sales Manager
Europe and closely with the management and our expert inside sales team. You will be in direct
contact with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders, with the freedom to influence VAM's
growth strategy. This role combines office work with exciting customer visits and potential travel to
your specific market. Flexibility and adventure are second nature to you, and the drive to achieve
success is your first.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing a profitable sales plan
  • Actively prospecting for new customers and market opportunities
  • Negotiating prices and terms to close win-win deals
  • Providing excellent service and solutions that meet customer needs
  • Analyzing market trends and competition to provide strategic insights
  • Contributing to the growth and development of the sales team through coaching

Requirements:

  • Minimum MBO/HBO level
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, English, German, and French
  • Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to learn and experience how fascinating and promising a career in sales within
    water purification can be, with plenty of future opportunities.
