Lead Engineer
What will you do?
As a Lead Engineer you will have a versatile and challenging job. You play an important
role in coordinating all engineering aspects of the project, within the set deadlines and
budgets.
You will lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of technical professionals and be
responsible for preparing and managing detailed engineering documents and identifying
and controlling risks.
In the engineering phase you manage the technical development of the installations and
think from coarse to fine. You are involved with your team and you have no trouble
helping them where necessary. As a technical source of information, you are involved in
the entire engineering process.
You maintain regular contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations
and adjust where necessary.
In this varied position you will be challenged to develop your technical skills and to make
optimal use of your creativity, communication skills and team spirit.
What are you bringing
• Completed HBO/WO education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar;
• Proven experience in leadership roles in machinery manufacturing;
• Proven track record in Mechanical Design or System Architecture;
• You have strong coaching skills;
• You can work independently and come from practice;
• Strong communication skills, team player and results-oriented;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, spoken and written.
